What are typical parameters for the loan programs offered?

  • Multifamily: Minimum loan size of $1 million, maximum LTV of 75-80%, minimum DSCR of 1.25x. Typically, 5-30 year loan terms are available (dependent on loan program), with a 30-year amortization. Interest-only and early rate lock options are typically available.
  • Commercial real estate: Minimum loan size of $3 million, maximum LTV up to 70% for most property types, minimum DSCR of 1.20-1.40x. Typically, 10-year fixed-rate loan terms with 25- to 30-year amortization, although both shorter and longer terms are available. Interest-only and early rate lock options are typically available.
  • Healthcare/skilled nursing: Minimum loan size of $1 million, maximum LTC/LTV up to 85%, minimum DSCR of 1.176x. Loan terms vary between 30-40 years, fully amortizing, and offer low fixed interest rates.
